Shower RunThis run is the typical, optional, 6 am 2-mile run before classes starts.
Bridge RunThis run is the second turn-around option for runners who are on injury-reserve and who are aiming for a light 3-miler.

Full SwettThis run is the last turn-around option for a five-mile run.
Tip: To increase the workout on any of the above four runs (including this one), use the red and green duct tape on the telephone poles as pick up points. 'Green' means go, pick up. 'Red' means stop, or return to conversation pace. On the way out use the color on top, on the way back use the color on the bottom. The stop sign at the corner of Town Farm Road and Swett Road is 'red' for both directions. |
Wishing Well LoopThis run is 2.8 miles with rolling hills.
McKay LoopThis run loops around the Moses Little neighborhood. For an extra boost of mileage, repeat the loop from Pope Road to Moses Little Drive.
Moon LoopThis run is also an common option instead of the shower run for a light 2-miler before classes start.
Measured 5kThis run is sometimes used for base-line timed runs. 3.1 miles. Look for white duct tape wrapped around a telephone pole, that is your turn around point

HillsStart at the base of the hill in the woods... wait for the cry of the Ewoks.... run hard up the hill until you get to the peak in the woods by the Elementary School.
That's one. Easy jog back to the starting position and repeat as necessary. |
OverrunsStart at the top of the hill by the Porta-Potty next to the soccer field.
Run down the hill, make sure someone is directing traffic as you cross the parking lot, continue to the base of the gravel road just before entering the woods. That is one. Easy jog back to the top. |
